1. Candidates should be aged 20–45, with a college degree or higher in animal husbandry-related fields (exceptional candidates may be considered with slightly lower qualifications). Passion for sales is essential—candidates with established sales networks will be prioritized. 2. Strong communication skills are required, along with solid expertise in animal husbandry and excellent proficiency in Mandarin Chinese for clear verbal expression. 3. Candidates must demonstrate strong ambition, a keen ability to learn, and the courage to push beyond their limits—someone who refuses to settle for mediocrity. 4. A robust sense of market-oriented service, combined with integrity, honesty, and a willingness to work hard and endure challenges, is crucial. 5. Compensation: Basic salary + travel allowances + performance-based commissions + exceptional bonuses. The annual base salary ranges from 100,000 to 200,000 RMB (specific cases will be discussed individually). 6. Applicants should possess significant influence within the industry, with the ability to oversee operations across a region spanning at least half a province. They must also reliably meet or exceed the sales targets set by the company. 3. Compensation: Competitive package includes a base salary, travel allowances, performance-based commissions, and additional incentives for outstanding achievements. The annual base salary ranges from 150,000 to 300,000 RMB (specific terms negotiable for exceptional cases). 4. Benefits: Employees who complete at least one year of service, consistently meet company sales objectives, and remain fully aligned with the company’s goals will be eligible for the "Five Social Insurances and One Housing Fund" benefits. Exceptionally high-performing individuals may also gain priority access to the company’s equity expansion program and annual profit-sharing opportunities.
