Process advantages:
Semi-bionic extraction: A specialized extraction process designed for oral traditional Chinese medicine formulations, inspired by the principles of how bioactive compounds are metabolized and transported within the body—specifically in the gastrointestinal tract. This method mimics the natural intestinal environment by sequentially extracting the herbs using solvents that closely resemble "artificial gastric fluid" and "artificial intestinal fluid," ensuring thorough extraction of active ingredients while maximizing their bioavailability for efficient absorption by the body.
Double-extraction process: Water-soluble and volatile components are collected separately, ensuring no loss of valuable ingredients.
Ultrasound-assisted extraction: Codonopsis, Ganoderma, and Epimedium are extracted using a mixed solvent (acid-alcohol) under ultrasonic conditions.
